$60
A half hour of focused massage on the back, neck and shoulders. A good option if you are looking for regular pain maintenance and wellness upkeep.
60 Minute Custom Massage - $120
A combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, and myofascial release. Designed to relax your muscles and your mind, improve circulation throughout the body, and regulate your nervous system.
90 Minute Custom Massage - $150
Purposeful and thorough therapeutic massage used to alleviate chronic pain and promote wellness throughout the mind and body. A combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, and myofascial release. A good option if you would like some extra attention on a specific area of pain, or if you would just like some extra time to decompress.
