Policies and Procedures

Cancellations and No-Shows

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice you will be charged 50 percent of the appointment cost.

Clients who no show will be charged the full amount of the appointment. Cancelling due to illness is exempt from this policy.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment so that we can go over your intake forms and initial consultation and 5 minutes early to each following appointment.

Arriving late will shorten the length of your service and you will be responsible for paying the full price of the scheduled session.

Accessibility

My treatment space at Hello Wellness is currently on the lower level of the building and is only accessible by stairs. If you are interested in booking an appointment but are not able to use stairs, please reach out to me in advance and I will be more than happy to discuss options and do my best to make accommodations that are suitable for you.  

Payment

At this time I accept cash, credit, debit, Venmo, HSA, and FSA. I do not accept health insurance at this time. Tips are not accepted.

Accessibility

My treatment space at Hello Wellness is wheelchair accessible. The bathroom is private use, wheelchair accessible and all gender. Free, on-site parking is available in the Hello Wellness parking lot.

A valid credit or debit card is required to book your appointment and final payment is due after the service has been completed. I accept cash, credit, debit, Venmo, HSA, and FSA. I do not accept health insurance at this time. Tips are not accepted.

COVID-19

Masks are currently optional. I will be wearing a mask during all sessions. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing cold and flu like symptoms on the day of your appointment, please text 609-300-6118 or email amy@hellowellnesscs.com and we will reschedule your session with no cancellation fee. 

Sexual Misconduct

Any sexual behavior by the client will result in the immediate termination of the session and banning from all future services.

This includes sexually suggestive remarks, inappropriate and non-consensual touching of the therapist, inappropriate or sexual self touching by the client, and purposeful exposure to the therapist by the client. It is at the discretion of the therapist to decide when they feel unsafe and to refuse treatment.
