Every session is thoughtfully tailored to you: no routines, no shortcuts. I integrate a range of techniques so that you don't have to decide what works best, you simply get the right solution every time. Although the work has a therapeutic focus, its unhurried pace also creates a deeply relaxing experience. Regardless of the session length you choose, the quality remains consistent. Time may seem to pass quickly, but the work is never rushed.

community care rates
In keeping with values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, I offer a limited amount of community care rate sessions per month. These sessions are offered at $1/minute for the 75 minute new client appointment and 60 & 90 minute follow up appointments. These sessions are limited and are offered on a first come, first served basis. They can be booked through my online booking portal.

Community Care sessions are intended for anyone whom cost would otherwise be a barrier to care. I offer these sessions on an honor system and there is no specific income limit in order to book one of these sessions.

All new clients are introduced to my work through this 75 min session that includes 30 minutes of focused work on the head, neck, and shoulders, and 30 minutes targeted, therapeutic massage on 1-2 other areas.

Please note this session is NOT a full body massage.
This session exclusively offers 15 extra minutes of ample time for new client intake so that all questions and concerns can be addressed.
